Additional info

WE WANT TO ENSURE YOU HAVE A MEMORABLE VISIT TO SKEGNESS NATURELAND

Baby changing & toilet facilities

One block of toilets is situated near the aquarium and another near the Blue Lagoon Cafe. Both have disabled and baby changing facilities..

Wheelchairs

There is easy wheelchair and pushchair access to all enclosures, on to the site and to the Gift Shop and Restaurant. We have ensured that any windows in our enclosures are viewable from a wheelchair. There are ramps to access the aquarium , Tropical house and all other areas. There are good toilet facilities for the disabled.

First aid

We have multiple First Aiders at Natureland, so if you/a member of your party/another customer requires first aid, please let a staff member know and a first aider will be with you as soon as possible.

Important

Bicycles, scooters, skateboards or skates are not permitted on the Park at anytime.

Lost children & property

Enquiries should be made to any member of staff or to the general office. The Park has a tannoy system to be able to make announcements if needed.

Photograph Friendly

We encourage people to take photos and upload & tag us on social media – however to remember no flash in reptile house or aquarium – so animals aren’t harmed. #SKEGNESSNATURLAND

Dog Friendly

Your fluffiest family members are very welcome on site at Natureland! Please make sure to keep dogs on a lead at all times, and to not enter the Café, Gift Shop, or Floral Palace with them (they are welcome everywhere else, and we are sure they will have a lot of fun!).
