NATURELAND IS open from 14th december 2024 to 5th january 2025
(PLEASE NOTE: We do not have a booking system, so if you just turn up on the day, you can pay upon entry).
Carers are only eligible for the carer rate while providing care for another visitor.
Natureland is currently undergoing maintenance works, which has involved removing our existing Penguin Pool. Our two Penguins can still be seen by entering the third section of the Floral Palace. As usual, the Alpacas have moved offsite for the winter, and the butterfly season has ended so there are no butterflies in the Floral Palace. Our prices have been reduced to reflect these points, because of this we are unable to accept any additional discounts.
PLEASE NOTE: Some enclosures or exhibits may be closed during opening hours. We cannot guarantee all animals being on display due to illness, exhibit renovations, construction or any other unforeseen circumstances. Refunds cannot be given under these circumstances. Natureland is not responsible for your own property; this is brought with you under your own risk. Children must be accompanied by an adult (16+) at all times. We are always looking to improve Natureland for both animals and guests, if any work is being conducted on-site we apologise for any disruption.
